The villa, located last in a quiet, dead-end street, is decorated in contemporary country style and has 4 double bedrooms with airconditioning, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen,satellite TV and WiFi.

"We are having a wonderful holiday here in a dream location. The house is completely up-to-date and very tastefully decorated. The children are very enthusiastic about the large swimming pool and for the parents it is wonderful to sit on the large terrace with its breathtaking view and enjoy a good glass of wine after another super nice day."

The holiday home has a large living area with a spacious sitting room and a beautiful dining room with pellet stove.
Television, Chromecast and WiFi are available.
In the four bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning, there are 4 box-spring double beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The 3 rooms on the upper floor have a spacious surface of 16 m², the room on the ground floor is 12 m².
Casa Belmonte has 3 contemporary, new bathrooms. Two bathrooms have their own toilet and shower. The third (largest) bathroom has its own toilet, shower and also a large bathtub.
The private pool is located at the rear of the house and measures 5 x 12 meters.
It is surrounded by white, pink and red oleanders and a solarium
with 8 sun loungers and parasols.
